Delivery information

Currently, we only deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are ordering from another country in the region, please use your Aramex Shop & Ship details at Checkout. We can deliver to Aramex’s warehouse in KSA. The shipment cost from Aramex's warehouse to your specified address outside of KSA is borne by you and depends on Aramex fee.

When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. When buying online, you can request products to be delivered to an address of your choice.

Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, email support.sa@dyson.com

Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won't incur any additional delivery charges. We'll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box) or is in a remote location which is not serviced by our logistics provider. If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery timescales and charges

All orders are delivered free of charge, unless stated otherwise

Upon submission of your order, our logistics partner Aramex will reach out to you through an SMS or a Call and if they are unable to reach you, this will affect the delivery timelines.

We will aim to attempt delivery of your products within 2 working days in the following cities: Jeddah and Riyadh. For all other locations within KSA, the delivery attempts will happen within a maximum of 5 working days.
